On March 2nd, staff training was held by our business manager, Ms. Lu, and the meeting was mainly focused on the theme of improving product knowledge and enhancing service awareness.
During the meeting, Ms. Lu introduced our core products to the staff in depth: implant uint, piezo surgery and surgical drive system. She also lets the new staff experience the operation on site to feel the efficient cutting ability and stability of the piezo surgery, so that the staff deeply understood the characteristics and advantages of the product.
Afterward, Ms. Lu also told a number of her own successful business cooperation cases and analyzed the core reasons for their success one by one, and let the staff discuss what points should be noted for new customers and how to further enhance the customer service experience. The staff was deeply impressed by the company's philosophy of "quality first, customer first".
It is believed that in the future, the sales staff will use what they have learnt today in real work practice to provide professional and caring services to customers.
